Wonders of life, strange, vengeful, yet untapped

Having a free life within boundaries set by the absolute laws is nice, while learning to set differences aside, to have a carefree mindset. It ain't hard to live in such luxury, as the phrase, 'ignorance is bliss' sets into play. Living a life as such is not eternal, thus things are meant to happen.

Before, I watched a movie, hellboy II, where an elf, classify human as a special being, where humans are beings which have a heart, with a hole, that will never be filled. It comes to me in a state of shock, where it is cruel to say, but it actually make sense.

We will never be satisfied with what we do. Money is never enough, so does education, ranks, possession, even if its with a certain someone in your life. We, even the smartest people in the world, will never have enough of everything. There are always better things. 'When' is it enough?

As time passes, new things arises. New tech, more profits, better person.....
When will we call it quits? When can we ever stop chasing after something that will never end?
Even though my research surrounds these aspects, I still cant find the answer. Its still a segment of life shrouded in mystery.

After much observation, it seems that, this cycle will never end, as long as we are human. However, there are stages, which leans along with our age. In certain periods of life, we tend to chase after different fields. When we as a child, maturity, adult, withdrawal, our interest evolves into something, completely different.

Thus in conclusion, as this mystery is untangled, we still have to accept the fact that, this is who we are, and to move along with this conclusion. Life has many events that might turn up bad, with memories that will linger in your mind for possibly a lifetime. Life is never a mistake, nothing is. Just go with the flow.

Trick Pass Map System

After lots of research (surfing da net), I can now finally start off the basic system.

Using Google softwares below, it is possible to create a virtual map of inti and add skating information (discussed in previous post).
The softwares are:

- Google Earth
- Google Sketchup
- Google Maps

The progress of this project, I am afraid it will proceed at its slowest pace. As I am very busy with my current work as well as my studies for my degree in E&E engineering.

In need of parts. URGENTLY!!!

My skates have been with me for 2 years already. My soul7 still looks great despite been inflicted plenty of damage. However, the wheels ain't so tough. I have cracked about 4 of my wheels, and ended 3 more by lots of wear and tear.

My budget this few months is about 6 feet under, and cause of the recent fuel price hike, skate prices is now higher than it has ever been.

The last time I bought my wheels, 80mm, 82a is only rm160 for 8 pcs. Now its 200!!!. Ridiculous. How am I suppose to continue my activities like this? Really a pain in the a** but if its my passion, I got no choice.

My current math in skates:

new fuel price = old fuel price x 140%

new skate price/old skate price = new fuel price/old fuel price

new skate price = 1.4 times the price of old skates

proof:
new soul series skates cost->rm1.4k
my old soul 7->rm1k

I really hope oil price drop soon

my skates really going to break at any moment

Trick Pass

Wow, its been months since I last post anything. I was so busy in my studies + project during the weekdays and playing monster hunter every single weekend.

As well as my final year project, I will be also be doing another project. The project will be my legacy towards my experience skating in Inti, which will be Inti's first and very own Trick Pass.

A trick pass is mainly a blueprint of Inti, with all the places I skated, possible trick spots, shortcuts and training areas.

The Trick pass will have complete information:
- floor roughness
- recommended skate settings
- road tilt angle
- expert level
- wind set
- proper time
- sweet spots
- possible skills
- and more

The Trick pass is currently made for inline skaters only, specifically for recreational, hockey, aggressive and speed skaters only.

Skateboarders and other related players are more than welcome to participate and contribute towards the project.

With this, I hope it will be attract more skaters towards the future.

Playstation Portable

Yes, I finally had bought a psp. After lots of thinking, price comparing, arguments (hehe), and according to the votes.

I got myself a psp slim (details at the side), which is shared with my sis. I was actually planing to buy two. One pink and one blue, but my mum said its not wise to buy one for my sis, and I kinna agree. I dont play video games much, and so is she. Unlike my brother, he can easily stick on the screen for the whole day. So the much initiated plan is like this: I got to play the psp during the weekdays, and my sis plays during the weekends.

Speaking of gifts, I got to know someone from lowyat.net forum that sells yukata. Its a traditional Japanese dress. Feel like getting it for my sister. I hope they have her size. She is only eight.

My bro also got himself a purple psp slim for his birthday, since I got to know a nice psp seller from a friend, which sells psp at a cheap price.

I might be buying a GPS adapter for the psp and a 8gb memory stick later this year. Reviews coming up later too, once I get back to college.

My final semester has started

After 2 weeks of holidays, It seems my journey towards the end of my diploma-hood has finally almost coming to an end.

This semester, I am taking 4 subjects, Communications 2, Java Programming, Bahasa Melayu, and yes, my Final Year Project.

My project title is building a digital pressure sensor. My adviser for the project is Mr Too, a senior lecturer who teaches hard subjects, always say its easy, and quite hard to understand him.

The first week has ended for my final semester, with lots of problems like class clashes, searching for information on the net for proper equipments on building the pressure sensor (which is very pricey) and my newly obtained habit, which is chatting on the lowyat.net forum. Well.... my life is kinna boring.

Itchy to buy stuff

Even though exams are just next door, I already feeling the holiday spirit!

I am planing to spend money like crazy. Hehe

But strangely, not to buy stuff for myself.

I am planing to get one of these.

I have made a poll on it.

- A playstation 3 for my bro
- A playstation portable for my sis
- A Sonyericsson k850i for my mum
- A Sonyericsson P1i for my dad
- A apple ipod touch for my ex as a farewell gift to New Zealand

I wonder which one should I get?

Help me decide.
